Is shipping worldwide?
Shipping is not worldwide just yet! we only ship within the UK.
How can I track my order?
Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.
If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you're having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance.
Can I ask for a small/large cap?
Cap Size Information
Our standard stock size is Medium, which measures 22" to 22.5". Each cap comes equipped with combs, an elastic band, and adjustable straps for a secure fit.If you require a different size, please leave a note with your order indicating whether you need a Small or Large cap size.
Size Guide:
- Small Size: 21" to 21.5"
- Medium Size: 22" to 22.5" (Standard)
- Large Size: 23" to 23.5"
