Cancellation Terms

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations
• Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full service charge
• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will incur the complete service fee
• Repeated non-compliance may lead to client removal from our booking roster

Consequences of Non-Adherence

• Clients who do not show up without prior communication will be charged the full appointment balance
• Insufficient cancellation notice (less than 48 hours) triggers automatic service fee
• Consistent disregard for our booking policy may result in being placed on a restricted client list

Our Commitment

Appointment Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule your appointment, please send your request via email. To avoid an additional deposit, you must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment date. At your rescheduled appointment, no extra fees will apply unless you choose to add additional services. Please be aware that you can only reschedule once within the same month; rescheduling to the following month is not permitted. Additionally, please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Late Arrival Policy

• A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, a late fee of £10 will be charged for every additional 10 minutes you are late.
• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to make a new booking, which will require an additional deposit.

Emergency Appointments

Emergency appointments are available for an additional fee of £15. These slots are intended for situations where hair is dropped off late or when appointments are booked with less than five days' notice but more than one day's notice.

Same-Day Bookings

We are happy to offer same-day appointments for an extra fee of £25. Please note that a minimum of 3 hours' notice is required to schedule these appointments. To ensure availability and maintain the quality of service, we recommend booking as early as possible. Contact us to secure your same-day appointment.

Drop-Off Timeframe

• Hair must be dropped off at least five full days before your appointment (excluding the appointment day)
• Drop-off timing varies by appointment type
• Late hair delivery incurs a £15 emergency fee

Drop-Off Methods

Physical Drop-Off

• Available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
• No Sunday drop-offs
• Use designated post box at specified door number
• If post box is full, place parcel directly above it
• We are not liable for missing items

Postal Drop-Off

• Sent at client's own risk
• Parcel tracking is client's responsibility

Important Notices

• Unidentified hair will be posted once on Instagram
• Unclaimed hair will not be retained
• Late hair may result in:

Hair Styling Requirements

• Arrive with hair styled in cornrows
• More cornrows result in a flatter, sleeker final appearance

Reinstallation Conditions

• Lace must be free from glue and buildup
• Hair must be fully detangled
• Cleaning fee of £10 will be applied if lace is dirty
• Excessive tangling will incur a revamp charge in addition to the appointment fee

Wig Specifications

• Lace must be lighter than your skin tone
• Wig must properly cover hairline and sideburns
• Inform us in advance of any size adjustments needed

Fit and Appearance

• Oversized wigs can cause lace rippling
• Elastic bands can be added to improve fit
• Early communication about sizing is crucial for optimal results
• Pre-plucked wigs are essential for a natural appearance
• Dense hairlines may result in appointment cancellation

We exclusively accept:

• Non-synthetic wigs
• Full lace wigs
• Wigs with transparent or HD lace
• Wigs with minimal, small knots
